Vision

What's our vision? Good question...

At Irvington Covenant, we've been undergoing what's called the Vision Pathway* process, where we've been uncovering (and/or re-discovering) our unique identity as a church and identifying how it is that we're called to achieve our calling and mission of glorifying God and making disciples.

It's been a long process full of soliciting and receiving feedback, building consensus, and shaping a multitude of divergent thoughts and ideas into a unified set of conceptual tools... but now we have what we call our Vision Frame.

Sunday Service: 10AM

Sunday morning 10am worship service is where it happens, where we sing, clap, and dance in worship, where we celebrate what God is doing in our midst, and we soak in solid teaching to remind ourselves of who God is and what He's calling us to do.

The Grace Place

Welcome to the Grace Place.

Irvington Covenant Church is an intentionally multiethnic, multigenerational, "multi-everything" church.

ICC is a place where regular folks can journey together, a place where the presence of God is felt and the Word of God is proclaimed -- and made plain.

We like to call it the grace place, 'cause everybody needs some.

Our Faith

At Irvington Covenant Church, we believe.

We believe in God.

We believe that Jesus was God's son, whom God sent into the world to redeem humanity from lostness.

We believe that Jesus died, was buried, yet resurrected from the dead. This historical demonstration of God's power and a catalyst for hope, in that anyone who believes in and receives Him as Lord can also be free from a life of sin and death.

We believe that another part of God, the Holy Spirit, lives through us and empowers us to live to the fullest.

And we believe that the more time we spend learning of and being with this God, the more we will become like Him, and the better life will be.

There are other things that some of us believe, but those are the essentials.
